The certificate is not signed that makes no sense for a Vpn

App not working with IOS10 in China. No respond from support. I bought the premium for 1 year. Big waste of money.

I bought this based on a recommendation from pcmag, and that it was cheaper than HMA which I was using previously. I have had nothing but problems since installing it. The wifi icon on my iPad disappeared after installing it, and I couldnt connect to anything, even when I wasnt logged into the vpn. That makes me very nervous that the app affects an iPad even when spotflux isnt running. The only way I could restore my connection was by uninstalling the app altogether. And on my PC, I kept getting connection errors. Im experienced with networking and I tried all the usual troubleshooting tools. Ive contacted support, but they sent me an automated email saying support is for billing issues and I should read the FAQs for technical issues (which I had already done).

This is one of the best app so far yet. ! It truly does it jobs block trackers and add on app such as Pandora and keeps all the malware out of my phone sweet app and cant beat the price , you can Aldo add your iPad for the same price great , hey guy dont be so negative it has a few problems yes but it gets the work done properly one of the best VPN on the market for your phone 5/24/16

I cant say anything new that hasnt been said by most of the reviewers already. Spotflux is trash. It works for maybe a week and no more, and customer support is horrid

Based on a PCMag review, I decided to buy an annual subscription. Now my mobile device and laptop barely connect to the Internet at all. When I was looking for a VPN thats not quite what I was looking for. Oh, and when I log into my PC, it tells me it will check my performance, except that, due to some restructuring, the performance test is temporarily down. For the past few weeks at least. Considering taking the app off my mobile device so the mobile device works again. Submitted a help ticket - no response yet. Again - paying customer, didnt take the free route. Frustrating. I wanted the Internet, just safer

Dont waste your time with this app. It never works and every time I try to use it, it always says it cant connect to the server. Waste of money.

Websites timeout before loading about half the time. Cancelled subscription after only a week. Glad I didnt purchase the yearly subscription. I purchased off a recommendation from PCMag.com. Very disappointed.

Simply does not work. Fails to connect due to certification authentication issue. Avoid this app and service.

Doesnt connect on iPhone or win7 machine. I have better luck connecting without using auto location, but its not consistent. They currently still dont support El Capitan on Mac, fd from all devices.

Its a great VPN that I used for a year without problems, but they need to add VPN locations in Spain and Latin America to have a shot at winning me back as a client.

Often stops working and have to kill it off to get reconnected. Update - look elsewhere for VPN service. This product no longer works.

It has rendered both my iPads useless getting online. It never connects to the server anymore. One of the reasons we buy iPads is for the immediacy and Spotflux has put a stop to that. I want my money back! I had to give it one star just to get to this review page. STAY AWAY from this product! It even disconnected me from Apple help as I was trying to get the last remnants off my iPads. It wont delete at all and no my iPads are undependable and my PC wont stay online either. Poisonous app!!!!!!

This rating will remain 1 star until spotflux works with iOS 10 on my device.

I was able to use this app for about 6 days out of the last 40 as it had server errors and would never connect. This app continues to get poor reviews due to the companys inability/unwillingness to upgrade the app. Skip this one!

Ive had this app for awhile now. I downloaded it in Afghanistan to protect myself while using the internet over there. It wouldnt initialize a single time. I kept it for when I got back to the states and it still never works. A huge waste of money. Then they make it a big pain to discontinue services.

Cannot validate certificate and therefore is useless.

I subscribe for one and could not configure my device. You get better service with free apps.

I have emailed, tried to get a response and nothing... The app works on my computer but still not on my iPhone? Why? You have had a few weeks to figure out what this is and at least write to all your subscribers to explain what is going on, honestly I need this app for my phone more than my home Mac... I would only recommend the app for the mac at this point as its Mobile platform is useless...
