Terrible app. Does not work with iOS10 and they refused to give me a refund.

Bought this for use on my PC and phone but cannot use on my phone because of an expired certificate that they havent updated for months.

Bought annual subscription. 10 mins and already fed up with the flashing icon telling me connection is secure every 5 seconds, a Google search can itself tell my original location. Avoid at any cost.

Was great then... Several months ago I complained about the iOS 10 update and how the app no longer works. I got a quick reply and a promise to extend my subscription and a fix would be available in a month. 2 months later no fix, no extension, no response to my follow up emails. Not worth, it until they fix it! I have cancelled my automatic renewal... Its a shame as I was very happy until the latest update.

Why do you never connect? I told my friends about you, they stopped using you because you never connect. Connect better.

On my own router, works fine. In public, it keeps saying it cant connect to their servers. Since it doesnt work when you need it most, it isnt worth as much as they charge. Beware

Looks like this latest release finally brings VPN support for ikev2 and works well with iOS 10. Long awaited and worthwhile update! Also the setup is super simple .

Support is virtually non-existant!

Wont work on my 6plus,computer, or laptop. All up to date in software. Tried contacting support multiple times with no luck. Pure garbage. Find a different vpn.

Hasnt worked on my iPhone 6s Plus in over 160 days. Inconsistent on desktop or laptop. Support doesnt offer any support. Horrible!

This app does not work with iPAd, iPhone and iOS. There is no customer service to complain. The trial period is fake. They charge you the whole amount. Dont buy!11

i used to have free spotflux. it worked better than this that I paid for. when this expires, i will change to something reliable

The app is great when it works. I have to reset my VPN about every 5 minutes if I am not continually using. The UI is very elegant. Functionality is meh.

It worked a couple years ago, the last time I needed it, so I didnt hesitate to purchase premium when I needed it. Well it doesnt work, and worst of all, it wont let me unsubscribe. So not use this app or purchase premium.

I have try to contact their service for over three months, i have never received an answer, not even once. The vpn hardly ever worked . My suggestion dont use it

Works intermittently on my iPhone 5. Started out working most of the time but it was down hill after that...and now the vpn will not connect at all. Glad I only tried it for a month. I will not renew.

Simply doesnt work !

App just doesnt work. Not on laptop and not on phone. Tried the support line and no response the first time and no help the second. Not really a review writer and I dont like one star reviews but its important to note how bad this thing is. A lot of people I know dismiss one star reviews. Thats the only reason this gets two.

There is no support. They just send automatic replies. The app takes as much 15 minutes to connect, disconnects itself, sometimes can;t find servers for days. They don't care, and their FAQ are useless. Don't buy this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
