Do not buy this VPN it does not work at all you will be charged money and you will get nothing in return. This is probably the worst VPN I have ever used so with that being said would swap looks VPN at all costs and invest in one that will be worth your while.

Cant purchase subscription from within app and it lost my subscription. Removing and complaining to Apple. Can I give it a zero?

I use this VPN on my PC and it works great on my phone. Tip: Works better with "auto connect" enabled.

It used to be free every time you use it, but now you have a trial period and when the trial finishes youre done unless you pay for this terrible app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this one!

Horrible app, doesnt work!

I would like to give FIVE stars but It still cant go to any blocked websites by our firewalls networks and Its disable and take times to connect back by iOS devices demand I cant see any status report saying how much its Saving my Bandwidth compression, is this VPN protect me from Malware (protection) and how about Privacy protection. Its seems like the new version didnt have any STATUS REPORT of this VPN server and it didnt saving or compression in our bandwidth data as its was in the old version its show me all the status report

If you plan to use this in hotels in foreign countries, this VPN does not work. 9 out of 10 times it will not connect abroad. From Brazil to Switzerland, its a no go in hotels.

Its not connecting anymore!! Its starting to annoy me. Fix this ASAP before I find a new one. Ive been using this for months!

I like the app, but customer support is missing. I sent off two separate questions during my trial period but never got any replies. I am sure there are better VPN apps available where customer support is taken seriously.

Works fine on my MacBook Pro, but I have had very little to no success on the iPad. Never got location services to work (eg change country location) even though that is a supposed feature. Deleted profiles and reinstalled multiple times, mainly get VPN server did not respond message when I try to activate it.

I (try) to use this software on my iPhone and it never connects no matter how strong my cell signal. And I pay for the service. When I get it to work I have to delete my profile and regenerate a new one. Not worth the effort. On my laptop it works fine.

This release brings native VPN Api support to iOS making the connection handling much more reliable. Tracker blocking and multiple country selection is also a nice to have feature for busy road warriors !

I have not complains about the App, ok, just one, the cost. But, works pretty fine. You can have 5 devices with the service, thats awesome. Other Apps are cheaper than this, but you can have only 1 device per subscription.

This VPN service on ITunes is like the Maserati of VPNs and its a reasonable price. *However, customer service is horrid, when I purchased the app it worked for like a week, I contacted support because it would not stay connected when my phone went into sleep mode. I talked to a man named Tom he was extremely rude. After I asked for compensation for the days it did not work they actually blocked my email account from sending emails to their support site. I finally got through and asked for a manager Tom Elliot then threatened me and stated he would try and press charges for harassment. After I told him I was a paying customer and he was violating my rights as a consumer and I would file complaints he changed his tune. I spoke to CEO Chris Naegelin, he helped me for about a month to get it working. During this time suddenly Spotflux stopped working on all of my devices ipad iphone PC. He first stated my cell phone carrier was blocking the VPN. Then he said my DNS was corrupt, then he said my ios was outdated after I updated to the latest he then claimed my device was not compatible. He could not explain why my Ipad or computer would not work. I had to wait 4 months for an update before this finally started working again...

So I used this app a couple months ago, worked flawless and was great. Decided to give it another go today and now its not so great as it doesnt work. Keeps saying my authentication is incorrect when clearly it is as I log in via web browser easily. It also sometimes acts like it accepted my credentials and then tells me it cant contact the VPN server so my service never initializes. Ripped off from my money. Perhaps the older version worked and not the newer? Support has yet to reach out to me and a message also tells me that their response is going to be slower than usual due to some problem theyre experiencing. Look elsewhere.

The price is right, no qualms there. I do worry a bit about the number of server locations. For a short time a few days ago it would not connect to any U.S. server; London, no problem. But ever since all seems to be good using the Auto setting for U.S. locations. Having measured with a few bandwidth tools there appears to be no lag or throttling once connected, for any content type. If all continues as experienced so far, this rating will be updated to 5-stars.

It has always worked for me. Recently it has stopped working in the UAE. Help!

I used this app for free for about three months last year before it limited "free" usage to three days. I liked it so I paid for a years subscription. It has turned out to be a nightmare. I live abroad so I need a VPN to access many websites. However it has stopped working, I suspect because it doesnt update as frequently as Apple iOS do and does not work with my current iOS. I contacted customer support over a month ago and have heard nothing. The app still does not work. I have paid for an app that doesnt work on any of my devices - an iPhone 5c and an iPad Air2. What a waste of money.

Often stops working and have to kill it off to get reconnected.
